Here at TC engineering , we
offer a complete metalwork service for the T.V. and Sound Broadcast
industry. We manufacture Panels, Enclosures, Rack mount shelves, Monitor
Mounting Frames, Custom built Speaker Stands or any specialised metalwork
that you may require. We are fully conversant with the normal range of
connectors, i.e. Varelco's, The XLR range 'D'series, IEC mains, BNC range,
most switches, Panel mounted PPM Meters and many more electronic items
whereby we we can usually manufacture your requirements from the minimum
of information. Much of our work is of a prototype nature, ones and twos
off and small batches, but we also have capacity for larger quantities as
and when called for. Our service is also complemented, in as much that we
can arrange for any finishing such as STOVE ENAMELLING, ANODISING, ELECTRO
PLATING also ENGRAVING and SILK SCREEN PRINTING if required.
Our
Welding section has all the necessary facilities for the welding of
ALUMINIUM and STAINLESS STEEL as well as ordinary MILD STEEL SHEET and we
are able to undertake the manufacture of tubular steel monitor frames,
speaker stands and mounting brackets, tables and all manner of welded
components.
We also have a turning and milling capabillity for the
production of any mounting pillars,
spacers etc. or any specially
machined parts to complete the job. In addition, our drawing department
can design panel layouts from your initial sketches and ideas, to produce
full working drawings ready for manufacture. This also applies to any
other articles you may wish to have designed for
you.
